Associate Construction Project Manager

A company is looking for an Associate Construction Project Manager - Capital Projects with CMMS experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the point of contact for the IT department regarding hardware and software issues Manage project administrative practices and create project policies within the operations manual Prepare complex client reports and provide training to new and junior team members Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience and appropriate judgment
