PHARMACY PACKER / SORTER Jeffersonville, IN | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • Pay: $18.06/hr • Schedule: 2nd Shift — Monday 1:00pm–11:30pm, Tuesday–Friday 2:00pm–11:30pm, Saturday 12:00am–8:30am (as needed) ROLE IMPACT: As a Pharmacy Packer / Sorter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging and shipment of prescriptions to retail pharmacies and end customers. Your work directly supports healthcare distribution operations that impact patient care and pharmacy supply chains. Attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork are key drivers of success in this fast-paced, semi-automated environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Pack, sort, and ship prescriptions with 100% accuracy using company SOPs and automated systems • Verify and select correct prescription items using computer-generated screens and scanners • Maintain clean work areas and follow safety and quality guidelines • Perform other assigned duties to support production goals • Work mandatory overtime as business needs require MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a pharmacy, logistics, or production setting preferred • Ability to lift and carry 20–30 lbs frequently and up to 15 lbs continuously • Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift • Basic math, reading, and writing proficiency EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT • Use of scanners, conveyors, and computer systems for order processing • Climate-controlled production floor • Team-oriented and quality-driven setting PREFERRED SKILLS • Strong attention to detail and task focus • Consistent quality and accuracy under time-sensitive conditions • Dependable team player with a proactive attitude By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
