Key Responsibilities: Provide Emergency Care: Deliver high-quality medical care in emergencies, using advanced techniques and equipment in a variety of situations. Maintain Equipment & Workspace: Ensure all medical equipment is well-maintained and treatment areas are organized and safe. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with colleagues and leadership to continuously improve patient care and outcomes through performance initiatives. Position Requirements: Licensing & Certification: Indiana State Paramedic License or National Registry Paramedic Certification (or the ability to obtain an unrestricted state license within 30 days of hire). Must also obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) , Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) , and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) within 20 days of hire. Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, talk, listen, and lift or move more than 100 pounds regularly.
