Salary within the posted range is determined based on an individual's experience, education, certifications, and overall qualifications, and may be further adjusted based on benefit selections.Job DescriptionIntegral member of the DNS, DHCP, IPAM (DDI) Operations Team, responsible for the IP Address Management process. Responsible for automation of requirements management, change management, requirements gathering/tracking, and configuration management. Projects require automated solutions to effectively manage requirements, link source documents, and architectures. The Tools Engineer shall work with teams to identify, engineer, and implement the most optimum automated solution that follows approved processes for a given project or infrastructure.Design and implement secure and scalable DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) solutions using Infoblox DDI.Troubleshoot and resolve complex DDI issues.Automate DDI workflows to improve efficiency.Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on all aspects of DDI, including IPv4 and IPv6.Maintain the latest Infoblox DDI features and best practices.Basic QualificationsExperience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Load Balancing (F5/DTC)Familiar with outages, latency issues, and troubleshootingProven experience designing and implementing DDI solutionsExperience with load balancing technologiesStrong understanding of networking concepts, including IPv4 and IPv6Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with scripting (Perl, Python) and automation tools (Ansible) and additional experience a plus.Preferred QualificationsDNS experience with administration of InfobloxExperience with Infoblox trouble ticketsIn-depth knowledge of Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)Education RequirementsDOD8570-M, IAT Level 1Benefits10% Employer Contribution to 401K; Immediately Vested5 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) up to 7 weeksAccess to Premium Healthcare/Dental/Vision available$2500+ Training PaidReferral Company Profit SharingEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
