You Will Resolve machinery and quality problems in the production area Manage team members daily activities, assuring the team is achieving safety, quality & productivity standards Inspect line set-ups and continuously monitor operations and supplies Monitor changeovers, productivity and scrap Coordinate & prioritize work assignments & training, guiding and developing Associates Monitor process & production, leading the team to resolve issues & identify improvement opportunities Lead employee relations Facilitate communication between leaders & your team Requirements Able to work a 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off) HS/GED required At least 1-year Experience overseeing teams of 4 or more people in a manufacturing environment Great social and interpersonal skills to relate with and motivate people Proficient operating a computer to enter & retrieve data Excellent critical thinking & analytical skills Knowledge of 6S & continuous improvement desired
