The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair care and styling, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment. Modern Male is a small family owned business. Duties Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided, enhancing the overall client experience. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business and positive referrals. Involvement with daily tasks for building success. Skills Proficient in various hair styling techniques including barbering skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment. Ability to effectively mentor others and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere. Retail sales experience is a plus, enhancing the ability to recommend products effectively. Full or Part Time is available.
