Hands-on NYC Commercial HVAC Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple HVAC construction and installation projects across the NYC market. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on project leader with strong technical knowledge and experience managing commercial mechanical projects from kickoff through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project budgets, schedules, quality, and technical performanceOversee installation of commercial HVAC systems including chillers, VRF systems, boilers, cooling towers, air handlers, pumps, VFDs/controls, split systems, and packaged unitsReview design drawings, shop drawings, contracts, and project specificationsCoordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teamsManage manpower planning, scheduling, and project executionEnsure compliance with safety standards and site requirementsTrack project progress and provide regular updates to leadershipCoordinate procurement and delivery of materials/equipmentAssist with project estimating and risk management activitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred (Engineering or related field)Experience managing commercial HVAC installation projectsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management toolsJ-18808-Ljbffr
