Job Position: Assembler Location: Richfield, WI 53076 Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Shift: 1st Shift Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in a high-mix, low-volume plastics manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and can adapt quickly to different assembly tasks and part configurations. You’ll be assembling a wide range of custom plastic parts, components, and subassemblies to meet precise customer requirements and quality standards. Essential Functions: • Assemble plastic components and subassemblies using hand tools, adhesives, fasteners, and fixtures according to work instructions and drawings. • Perform manual and semi-automated assembly tasks, including fitting, deburring, drilling, tapping, or bonding. • Follow detailed work instructions, job travelers, or blueprints for each assembly. • Inspect work visually and dimensionally to ensure parts meet quality specifications. • Identify and report defective materials or non-conforming parts. • Handle frequent job changeovers as part of short-run, custom production. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. • Keep workstation clean, organized, and safe according to 5S and safety guidelines. • Communicate with leads, machinists, and quality personnel to ensure smooth workflow. #BB2
