You will be part of the Construction / Operations Support team supporting Microsoft stakeholders and cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Construction Project Manager 5Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Onsite)Pay Range: $82.74 â $89.11 per hourđ Whatâs the Job? Act as the primary liaison between construction and operations teams during project turnover. Coordinate, collect, and verify turnover deliverables including as-builts, redlines, O&M manuals, and close-out documentation. Develop and manage turnover schedules aligned with overall project timelines. Work with contractors, designers, and internal Microsoft stakeholders to resolve gaps or discrepancies in deliverables. Facilitate handover meetings and knowledge transfer sessions between construction and operations teams. â
Whatâs Needed? 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or data center environments. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables independently. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and familiarity with Bluebeam and P6. Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
