Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney – Commercial Real Estate TransactionsLocation: Tampa, FL Job Type: Full Time, RemotePosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to independently manage the full lifecycle of complex commercial real estate transactions. This role requires a pragmatic, business-minded attorney who can balance legal risk with deal execution and drive transactions to successful completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage transactions end-to-end, from Letter of Intent (LOI) through closing.Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including Commercial Loan Document, Purchase & Sale Agreement, Commercial Leases, Operating Agreement, Joint Venture (JV) Agreements and Demand LettersHandle title review, resolve complex title issues, and ensure seamless closing execution.Serve as a strategic advisor to clients including lenders, developers, investors, and brokers.Identify creative, legally sound solutions to overcome transactional obstacles and keep deals moving forward.Qualifications:Experience in commercial real estate transactions.Florida bar license is required. Proven ability to independently manage complex deals from inception to closing.Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.Highly responsive, with a commitment to client communication within 24 business hours.Tech-savvy and experienced with cloud-based, paperless workflows.A book of business is preferred but not required.
