The Tutor will provide personalized academic assistance to students of various age groups and educational levels. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering one-on-one or small group instruction, tracking student progress, and providing feedback to students and guardians to support learning goals. Tutors will collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and ensure curriculum alignment.QualificationsStrong subject matter expertise in core academic subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and English.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills to connect with students and guardians effectivelyProficiency in curriculum planning, lesson development, and utilizing teaching tools/technologyPatience, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environmentPrior tutoring or teaching experience is not necessaryFluency in Spanish is a plus
