Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.This full-time opportunity is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to support students in a school setting during the 26/27 school year. The role is based in Palisade, CO, and involves working at one or two school sites, providing a balanced mix of direct and indirect therapy services that align with educational goals.Responsibilities include delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to pediatric students, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and families to support student progress. Approximately 50-55% of your time will be spent in direct student interaction, while 45-50% will focus on planning, documentation, and team meetings essential for effective service delivery.Candidates must hold a current Colorado state license as an SLP and have CDE certification. A Masters degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field is required. Experience working in pediatric settings or schools, particularly during Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), is highly valued.
