Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist based in South Bay, FL, with flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy, developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting case management, and delivering mental health interventions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with social workers and maintaining accurate client records to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications Strong expertise in Treatment Planning, including the ability to assess client needs and establish effective therapeutic goalsExperience in Social Work and providing comprehensive Case Management servicesProficiency in Mental Health support and Family Therapy techniquesLicensed or eligible for licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent)Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary teamMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related fieldExperience with diverse cultural backgrounds and a commitment to inclusivity
