Software Engineer

What You’ll DoConfidential Client is looking for a Software Engineer to build and maintain backend services that support the Marketing Technology team. You'll contribute to APIs, data flows, integrations, and platform improvements that power web and internal applications.Develop, test, and maintain backend features and service logic for Marketing Technology products.Build and support APIs, data pipelines, and integrations used by frontend and internal tools.Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and testing across environments.Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and backend teammates to deliver features end-to-end.Improve system reliability, documentation, and deployment quality as part of the engineering workflow.Support production troubleshooting and continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.Qualifications2+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in backend or full-stack product development.Experience with one or more modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or Go.Familiarity with APIs, relational/noSQL databases, cloud environments, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.Strong collaboration skills, curiosity, and a practical problem-solving mindset.Comfortable debugging production systems and contributing to platform reliability.Preferred (not required):Experience working on marketing technology, analytics, or data integration platforms.Knowledge of observability tools, queueing systems, or distributed architectures.Compensation & BenefitsIn the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $79,200 - $146,504 per year. Final offers are determined by factors such as experience, location, and qualifications.
