This role is responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining high-quality caregivers while representing our organization within the community. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong teams and supporting employee success.Key Responsibilities:Actively recruit caregivers through various channels including job boards, referrals, and community outreachAttend and represent the company at career events, job fairs, and community functionsBuild relationships within the community to promote brand awareness and attract candidatesConduct interviews, screen applicants, and coordinate hiring decisionsAssist caregivers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed accurately and timelyEnsure new hires are properly set up in systems and prepared for their rolesDevelop and maintain employee retention plans to support caregiver satisfaction and longevityMaintain consistent communication with caregivers to provide support and address concernsTrack recruitment metrics and hiring progressCollaborate with leadership to meet staffing needs and improve recruitment strategiesQualifications:Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentComfortable attending events and engaging with the publicProficient in basic computer systems and hiring platformsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlySchedule:Full-time positionSome evenings or weekends may be required for events (Will be asked in advance if okay - Most events are throughout the week days)Why Join Us:Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the communitySupportive team environmentGrowth and development opportunitiesAdditional Duties:This position may include other responsibilities as needed to support staffing, employee engagement, and company growth.
