Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Winston-Salem, NC, for a Hotel Director of Sales. The Director of Sales will develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for the property. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market analysis, acquiring new business opportunities, and leading the sales team to meet and exceed goals. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction and representing the hotel in community and business events to promote the business. Qualifications Proven experience in sales strategy development, goal setting, and achieving revenue targetsStrong relationship management skills for working with clients, corporate partners, and community organizationsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilitiesProficient in market analysis and identifying new business opportunitiesDemonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing and developing sales teamsStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectivelyProficiency in sales and booking software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office SuitePrior experience in the hospitality industry or related sales roles is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
