Job Title: AI Engineering Platform Architect
Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Full Time
What is in it for you?
As an AI Engineering Platform Architect you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining an advanced technology platform on AWS that enables data scientists to perform AI and ML experiments on imaging data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS services, strong architectural skills, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of AI and ML research and development.
Responsibilities : -
Design and architect a scalable, secure, and efficient technology platform on AWS tailored for AI and ML experiments.
Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and implement best practices for managing and processing imaging data in the cloud.
Integrate machine learning frameworks and tools into the AWS platform to facilitate seamless experimentation and development.
Optimize the platform for performance, cost, and scalability.
Maintain documentation of the architecture, configurations, and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest AWS services and features and integrate them into the platform as needed.
Provide guidance and mentorship to other engineers and team members on the use of the platform and best practices in AWS.
Requirement (Must Have): -
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role, with a focus on AWS.
Extensive experience with AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SageMaker, Glue, EMR, Airflow, and Redshift.
Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, tools, and frameworks.
Extensive experience in designing/developing MLOps solutions.
Experience with imaging data and related processing techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/PySpark/PyTorch.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Skills (Nice to Have): -
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or other relevant AWS certifications.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
