Our multidisciplinary team delivers advanced neurological care, innovative therapies, and coordinated treatment plans designed to support patients throughout their recovery journey.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Boca Raton. This role is primarily on-site and involves a blend of telehealth and occasional in-person patient evaluations. The NP will work closely with the supervising physician and clinical team to support patient care within our treatment facility.Key Responsibilities:Conduct telehealth evaluations and follow-up visits with patientsPerform occasional in-person patient assessments at the facilityAssist the physician with treatment planning and ongoing patient managementMonitor patient progress and adjust care plans as neededDocument patient encounters accurately and in a timely mannerCollaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated careEducate patients and families on treatment protocols and expectationsQualifications:Active Florida APRN license + national board certification required**Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsExperience with telehealth platforms preferredInterest or experience in neurology, TBI, or functional medicine is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
