Project Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional programs in AI Data Center infrastructure, focusing on high-speed connectivity solutions (cables, connectors, and power systems). This role is critical in ensuring end-to-end project execution — from BOM readiness, supplier alignment, and cost optimization to on-time delivery — supporting top-tier hyperscale customers such as Google, Oracle, Microsoft, and AWS. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment and has strong experience managing complex supply chains and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Execution & Delivery Own and drive full project lifecycle from RFQ/NPI to mass production (MP) Ensure smooth project flow across material readiness, production scheduling, and delivery timelines Track and manage critical milestones, risks, and escalation paths 2. BOM & Supply Chain Management Manage and validate BOM structure, component readiness, and lead times Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials meet technical, quality, and schedule requirements Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining performance and reliability standards 3. Supplier & Vendor Coordination Act as primary interface between internal teams and external suppliers Ensure supplier compliance with engineering specs, quality standards, and delivery commitments Support second-source and dual-sourcing strategies to reduce supply risk 4. Cross-Functional Alignment Collaborate closely with Engineering (SI/ME/EE), Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams Ensure alignment between technical design, manufacturability (DFM), and customer expectations Facilitate effective communication across global teams (US, Taiwan, Vietnam, etc.) 5. Customer-Facing Program Support Support customer engagements with hyperscalers (Google, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS) Provide accurate delivery schedules, project updates, and risk assessments Ensure deliverables meet customer specifications, including performance (SI), reliability, and compliance requirements 6. Quality & Risk Management Identify project risks (technical, supply chain, timeline) and proactively mitigate them Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., EIA, UL, IPC where applicable) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Language: Mandarin / Cantonese (Preferred) Work Location: In person
