Weekend Care Coordinator - Solutions in Home Care
About the Role:
We are seeking a Weekend Care Coordinator to join our team at Solutions in Home Care. As a leading home care provider in Kennewick, WA, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients. Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate with weekday admin and care coordinators for weekend assignments
Communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure proper staffing and coverage
Assist with administrative tasks such as phones, data entry, filing and filling in for shifts
Provide support to both the Solutions team and clients as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
The Admin personnel will be on call from 8 am-4pm Saturday and Sunday. They are expected to be ready to be engaged in case the need arises to go to shift.
Requirements:
Active CNA/HCA certification in the state of Washington-preferred.
Prior experience in scheduling or administrative roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
