By understanding the unique needs of investment-focused clients, the company streamlines processes to help them close deals quickly and confidently. 1 Source Title and Escrow, LLC is committed to earning clients’ business through professionalism, integrity, and consistent service quality.Role Description The Processor role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Plano, TX, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Processor will handle day-to-day title and escrow file management, including opening new files, collecting and verifying documentation, and coordinating with buyers, sellers, wholesalers, investors, lenders, and real estate agents. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and title commitments, preparing closing documents, communicating status updates, and ensuring all conditions are met prior to closing. The role also involves data entry into title and escrow systems, maintaining accurate records, and following company procedures and regulatory requirements. The Processor will collaborate closely with closing agents and other team members to support smooth, timely transactions.Qualifications Experience in title, escrow, or real estate transaction processing, including file opening, document review, and closing coordination.Strong administrative and organizational skills, such as data entry accuracy, document management, and attention to detail.Effective communication and customer service abilities, including professional interaction with clients and stakeholders by phone, email, and in person.Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and the ability to learn title/escrow software and related systems.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing multiple files and deadlines.Familiarity with real estate investment and wholesale transactions is preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate, finance, or related fields are a plus.
