Job DescriptionJob Info\n\nJob Location: New Bedford, Massachusetts\nRoute Type: Local\nType of Assignment: Dedicated\nTransmission Type: Automatic\n\n \nJob Requirements\n\nExperience: 1+ year\nHandling: No-touch freight\n\n \nAdditional Information\nCDL A Driver - No Touch Freight - $27 Per Hour  ($250 Quarterly Attendance Bonus) \nTransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in New Bedford, MA. \nThis position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. \nCDL A Details \n\n\n Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM Start Time\n\n\n\n Pay:  $27 Per Hour + OT after 40 hours,  ($250 Quarterly Attendance Bonus) $1200 Estimated weekly pay\n\n\n\n Route Type: Local deliveries to Middleboro, Boston and back to New Bedford\n\n Equipment: Automatic, 53' Reefer\n\n Handling: Touch freight\n\nCDL A Minimum Requirements:  \n\n\n License: CDL A \n\n\n\n Experience: 12+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience \n\n\n\n Endorsements: None\n\n\n\n Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) \n\n Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements \n\nCDL A Responsibilities:  \n\n\n Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes \n\n\n\n Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards \n\n\n\n Perform required handling tasks \n\n\n\n Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections \n\n\n\n Maintain accurate logs and paperwork \n\n\n\n Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations \n\n\n\n Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable] \n\nBenefits: \n\n\n Medical, dental, and vision insurance \n\n\n\n Paid time off \n\n\n\n 401(k) \n\n\n\n Referral program \n\nWhy Work With TransForce? \nJoin TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be on the TransForce team.
