Environmental Health Safety Specialist

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site position based in San Francisco, CA. The Environmental Health Safety Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations. Daily activities include conducting safety inspections, delivering safety training sessions, developing and updating EHS policies, managing workplace safety protocols, and identifying potential hazards to mitigate risks. The specialist will also collaborate with teams to promote a safe and healthy working environment.QualificationsProficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health standardsStrong knowledge of Workplace Safety practices and Health & Safety protocolsExperience in delivering effective Safety Training programsExcellent problem-solving and risk assessment skillsAbility to stay updated on evolving EHS regulations and compliance standardsBachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferredRelevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are a plus
