Litigation Paralegal

Job Description Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba, P.C. is a mid-sized litigation law firm seeking a Paralegal to join our team.Job Description:The paralegal will assist a variety of attorneys during the entire litigation process, subject to the supervision of the attorney responsible for the matter. Responsibilities include supporting all facets of discovery; trial and appellate preparation; court filings; document management and production; and exhibit preparation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal CertificateLitigation experience preferredPosition requires a detail oriented, organized individual with emphasis on accuracy and qualityStrong time management abilities to coordinate multiple tasks concurrentlyExcellent judgment and discretionExperience in products liability, toxic torts, and/or asbestos litigation a plusKnowledge of legal formats, procedures, terminology, court-related platforms (e.g., PACER, state court systems), and legal billing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel and LexisNexisExperience with Juris and Aderant Total Office is a plusAbility to function and contribute as part of a teamWork well under deadlines and in a fast paced- high-pressure environmentStarting salary is comparable to going rates and will depend on experience.*All resumes are held in strict confidence. **Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
