Lifeline Center is staffed by a dedicated team of highly trained clinical professionals who work together to address the needs of each child, fostering their growth and well-being in a supportive environment.Role DescriptionThe Clinical Supervisor will support the Clinical Director in overseeing the delivery of high-quality mental health and behavioral health services within the Children's Day Treatment program. Responsibilities include clinical supervision of therapists and staff, ensuring program compliance with regulatory standards, and assisting with the development and implementation of treatment plans. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Queens County, NY.QualificationsExpertise in Mental Health and Behavioral Health careStrong Clinical Supervision and Psychology skillsBackground in Medicine or related clinical disciplinesExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesLCSW or Psy.D. LicensurePrevious experience in mental health services for children and adolescents is highly desirable
