To this end, NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society.An exciting opportunity has arisen within Caithness Integrated Teams for a Health and Social Care Coordinator (HSCC).The HSCC plays an integral role within the Integrated Team gathering referral details from various sources including clients, their family members and other Health and Social Care Professionals. This information is then shared with the multi-disciplinary team in order to prioritise and allocate.
