We are committed to delivering exceptional care while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for our staff.Position Summary: The RN Manager is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of resident care. This role blends hands-on clinical oversight with strategic leadership to drive quality outcomes and a positive team culture.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage daily clinical operations within the assigned unit or departmentProvide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellenceEnsure high-quality care for all residents, with a focus on reducing avoidable hospitalizationsCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support admissions, care planning, and resident outcomesAddress and resolve clinical and operational challenges in real timeSupport staff development through coaching, education, and performance managementAct as a liaison between staff, residents, families, and senior leadership to ensure strong communication and satisfactionRequirements:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York StateCPR CertificationMinimum 35 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management roleStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsPassion for mentoring and developing team membersAbility to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve effectivelyAvailability to work occasional weekends as needed
