Join us in transforming the way the world parks.Join Our Flash Team as an Associate Program Manager!Flash is looking for a Program Manager to help deliver on our mission to free consumers from the hassles of everyday travel by making it faster and easier to get where you need to go, so they can focus on the destination.The Program Manager supports the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Hardware, DevOps, QA, and Customer Success. This is an execution-focused role responsible for keeping projects organized, tracking progress, coordinating across teams, identifying risks and dependencies, and providing clear status updates. As part of our Product team, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, drive meaningful product improvements, and contribute to a customer-first culture in a dynamic, fast-growing company!Location: RemoteTravel: 0%What You'll DoMaintain project plans, trackers, and dashboards using tools such as Jira and Confluence.Track project milestones, deliverables, tasks, and dependencies across multiple teams.Monitor project progress and communicate potential delays or issues.Support sprint planning, backlog reviews, and cross-functional meetings.Prepare regular project and program status updates.Capture meeting notes and clearly document action items, owners, and deadlines.Follow up on action items and help ensure commitments stay on track.Maintain RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.Coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, Hardware, DevOps, and other teams.Assist with release readiness and deployment coordination.Help ensure Jira tickets and project documentation are complete and up to date.Support client and stakeholder meetings by documenting questions, requests, and follow-up items.Help coordinate internal responses to customer questions and requests.Maintain accurate project dashboards and reporting.Identify opportunities to improve project tracking, communication, and team processes.What You BringTechnical SkillsExperience with project or program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid Agile environments.Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and collaboration tools.Ability to create and maintain project trackers, status reports, and dashboards.Basic understanding of software development and technology projects.Ability to understand project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.Exposure to SaaS, cloud, hardware/software products, or technology integrations is a plus.Soft SkillsHighly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.Proactive and willing to follow up to keep work moving.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Collaborative and comfortable working across multiple teams.Comfortable coordinating with others without having direct authority over them.Able to identify and communicate potential problems early.Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Professional and confident when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.Eager to learn and develop program management skills.Loves to learnQualifications1+ year of experience in program management, project management, project coordination, product operations, or a related role.Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.Experience working with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.Interest in building a career in program management within a technology environment.Salary$105,000 - $115,000 a yearFinal salary will be determined based on candidate's skills and experience level.Competitive Rewards Package IncludesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and flexible work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentFlash is committed to working with the broadest talent pool possible.
