Product Delivery Advisor I Day-to-Day Responsibilities / WorkloadPrepare, maintain, and distribute attendance summary reports to ensure accurate tracking of participation and stakeholder engagement. Work alongside cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions such as ADMS overviews and OMS training. Partner with colleagues to provide oversight and support for data management, system knowledge, and operational readiness. Coordinate testing events, including scheduling, logistics, and readiness activities to support testing objectives. Conduct meetings to communicate release updates and assess potential operational impacts related to the GMS Project. Collaborate with the GMS Project Team to develop meeting agendas, prepare presentation materials, and create supporting content to ensure effective communication and alignment. Provide operational and administrative support to the Strike Team by confirming agenda items, developing meeting content, creating surveys as needed, and tracking issues through resolution. Develop and maintain content for monthly Sub Operations Safety Meetings to support ongoing safety communication and compliance. Coordinate vendor meetings in partnership with IT Project Managers to support project alignment, communication, and execution.
