About the Role: Veeam is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, GSI – Americas to lead and expand our partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) across the Americas region. In this role, you will define and execute the regional GSI strategy, accelerate partner‑led sales growth, and strengthen Veeam's presence as the trusted data protection partner in GSI cloud, services, and digital transformation initiatives. You will partner with executive leaders inside major GSIs, the Americas sales organization, product and marketing teams, and Veeam senior leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes. Please note: Due to business needs/travel, strong preference for candidates residing in large metro area **Also be sure to review posted compensation ranges by Geo Zones (the budgeted target would be the middle/midpoint of each zone) What You'll Do: Lead the Americas GSI strategy, including planning, execution, forecasting, and revenue performance Strengthen and expand executive‑level relationships across key GSI partners Drive joint solutions, sales alignment, and integration of Veeam technologies into GSI offerings Lead and develop a regional partner team focused on growth, enablement, and field execution Build and maintain a strong, predictable GSI‑influenced pipeline Collaborate with Americas sales, product, marketing, and global alliances to drive aligned execution Ensure operational rigor, accurate forecasting, and data‑driven decision‑making Represent Veeam at GSI‑focused events, briefings, and strategic business reviews Champion Veeam's leadership competencies with a culture of collaboration and accountability What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in alliances, channel sales, or partner‑led go‑to‑market roles Extensive experience working with Global System Integrators across the Americas Proven record of delivering revenue, forecast accuracy, and partner‑led growth Ability to influence senior stakeholders within large, complex organizations Experience leading high‑performing teams and scaling partner ecosystems Strong analytical capability with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship skills High integrity, collaborative mindset, and alignment with Veeam's leadership principles #LI-KS2 Veeam Software is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination in any form on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law.
