Job SummaryThis position will have responsibility for teaming with all departments to ensure that EO's have the initial skills and knowledge to perform the jobs. This role coordinates with crew leadership, subject matter experts to provide frameworks for consistent training across shifts, positions, and facilities, while leveraging an LMS. Auditing all trainers, trainees, and content. This position will also help establish safe work habits by incorporating into all training.Essential Job Duties/Key AccountabilitiesEnsure manufacturing training and job aids that support the safety, quality and general manufacturing practices of the company are correctAudit trainers to ensure they are training to the set standard.Audit trainees to ensure they are performing their jobs the known "one best way"Audit training material and ensure it is currentFacilitate communication between crews/depts when changes occurCollaborate proactively with crew leadership to execute training programs; ensure program effectiveness by walking the floor and engaging with trainees and trainers.Use LMS to assign, record, track and report on training needs, completions, observations & certifications. Ensure LMS data integrity.Ensure crew/dept learning plans are being created and followedAssists in assessing training needs for various positions in manufacturing.Assist in new hire orientation and promote a positive entry training experience.Perform other activities and duties as assigned.Education And Experience2 years' experience in a manufacturing role.Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing equipment, work practices and processes.Knowledge And SkillsGood interpersonal and communication skills. Has ability to build rapport with every level in the facility.Experience with applying root cause problem solving tools.Demonstrated ability to learn Attention for detailAdequate knowledge of learning management software.Proficiency in Microsoft office products is a plusA sense of ownership and pride in their performance and its impact on the company's success.Ideal Candidate QualificationsExperience with developing training plans.Demonstrates energy and elicits positive response when communicatingAbility to deliver all feedback-good and opportunitiesCan build strong working relationships within the organization to build support and ensure long-term success of programs.Familiarity with food manufacturing environment and GMPsWORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDSReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Will report to a manufacturing facility on a full-time basis.
