Credit and Collections Manager

Harrison Contracting Company (HCC) is hiring a Credit & Collections Manager to own the full accounts receivable lifecycle — credit risk, collections execution, and short‑term cash flow visibility.This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role. The right candidate operates independently from day one in a fast‑paced, high‑volume construction environment.What You’ll DoOwn all collections and customer credit managementCommunicate directly with customers on past due and retention balancesReduce DSO and improve cash predictabilityBuild a rolling 7–14 day cash forecastPartner with Project Managers, Operations, and Accounting to resolve issuesMaintain clean AR reporting (aging, retention, DSO, root causes)What We’re Looking For4–7+ years in AR, credit, or collectionsProven experience managing collections independentlyExperience using Dun & BradstreetStrong Excel skillsConstruction or job‑cost experience preferredComfortable with direct conversations and accountable ownershipWork Environment & ConditionsPrimarily onsite, dog‑friendly officeStandard business hours with occasional after‑hours coveragePre‑employment background check, MVR check, and drug screening requiredWhy HCCThis role has real ownership and real impact.
