This new chapter continues the brand's legacy of using entrepreneurship as a force for good while delivering generationless style to its beloved community of customers-all from our HQ in sunny California.The RoleFrank & Eileen is looking for our first-ever Manager of Horse Show Retail Sales & Marketing. This new position will own our pop-up retail presence at Thermal Horse Park, represent the brand at horse shows and sponsored events throughout the year, and make sure Frank & Eileen looks and feels right in every space we occupy. This is built for someone who loves to work independently, knows the equestrian world from the inside, is passionate about selling, and loves building something from scratch.ResponsibilitiesPop-Up Retail Sales - Thermal Horse ParkServe as the on-site sales associate for Frank & Eileen's pop-up retail location at Thermal Horse Park throughout the desert circuit season (November-March)Manage all daily operations including opening and closing, visual merchandising, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactionsCapture customer feedback, purchasing trends, and product insights to inform future assortmentManage pop-up setup, teardown, and ongoing minor maintenance of fixtures, signage, and displaysTrunk Shows & On-Site EventsExecute trunk shows and product showcases at sponsored horse shows and equestrian events throughout the yearRepresent Frank & Eileen at VIP hospitality events, gifting moments, and awards presentations with a sales-minded approachSponsorship & Marketing SupportSupport on-site logistics for sponsored horse shows, including setup of signage, banners, branded jumps, and activation spacesCoordinate with show management teams on deliverables such as PA announcements, jumbotron spots, scoreboard logos, and program adsAssist with VIP hospitality logistics - guest lists, passes, table reservations, and giftingProvide event content (photos, video, recaps) for social media and email campaignsLiaise with show media teams on contracted deliverablesWho You AreDescribe the experience and attributes of the ideal candidate3+ years of retail sales experience, ideally in a premium lifestyle, equestrian or fashion brandPreferred: Experience or interest in marketing and/or sponsorship activationStrong knowledge of the hunter/jumper horse show world and comfort within the equestrian communityProven ability to build customer relationships and deliver an exceptional in-store experienceHighly organized and able to manage daily operations independentlyProfessional, polished presence and strong interpersonal skillsExperience with point-of-sale systems such as ShopifyMust be able to be on-site at Thermal Horse Park from November through MarchBased out of our west side LA office remainder of year with ability to travel to shows throughout the rest of the year as neededCompensationStarting range of $80,000-$95,000This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the contractor.
