Trileaf serves the wireless communications, commercial real estate, financial, and petroleum industries from its headquarters in St. Louis, MO and multiple branch offices throughout the U.S.Essential Job FunctionsThe Project Manager will supervise the staff and act as primary point of contact for clients that report to our St. Louis, MO office. This full-time role is an in-office position. The associated tasks are summarized below:Supervise between 3 and 6 environmental scientistsPerform semi-annual performance reviews of all direct reportsAccept and delegate environmental projects from a subset of Trileaf's clientelePerform QA/QC on projects prior to submissionQualifications And SkillsThe idea candidate will be prepared to show knowledge and experience in the following:Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment and/or National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) experience is highly preferredEnvironmental Professional (PE/PG or 5 years of Phase I/II ESA experience) is desirableExperience managing employees is preferredValid Driver's licenseExperience in the wireless telecommunications industry is preferredEducationBachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, engineering or related fieldBenefitsHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance401k w/matchingShort-term disability, Long-term disability & Life Insurance - 100% Employer paid3 weeks of PTO per year 8 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday
