Project Manager – Tech/Business Solutions (PMO)We are seeking a Project Manager to join a small, high-impact PMO focused on delivering business-driven technology and operational solutions. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to define needs, evaluate software solutions, and lead projects from initiation through implementation and handoff.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business teams to understand needs and define scope and success criteriaLead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, including vendor and software implementationsDevelop project plans, timelines, and workflows to support executionManage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communicationProvide clear status updates and drive alignment across teamsEnsure solutions are ready for adoption, including documentation and handoffQualifications3-10 years of Project Management experienceExperience delivering cross-functional, technology-focused projectsStrong ability to translate business needs into structured plansExperience working with vendor or third-party software implementations is a plusExcellent communication and organizational skillsYou’ll work across a diverse set of technology initiatives—ranging from AI and eCommerce to custom applications and infrastructure.
