The Talent & Engagement Specialist plays a hands‑on role in shaping how employees and candidates experience Camden, from hiring through engagement and day‑to‑day support.This role, primarily focused on recruiting, blends full‑cycle recruiting and engagement initiatives with exposure to broader workforce planning and culture work. It’s a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow their HR expertise, and contribute at both a tactical and strategic level.
