The role will collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Sales, Account Managers, Legal and Finance to support growth, strategic transactions, and delivery for our clients.Draft, review and process contracts, amendments and renewalsAssist with process signing, distribution, storage and retrieval of contract and other documents pursuant to SS&C policy and proceduresEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory and organizational standardsLiaise with internal teams to resolve contract related issuesSupport audit and reporting requirementsIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve collaboration and enhance operational efficiencyWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor’s degree3+ years in contract administration or similar roleProven experience working with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Sales, Legal and FinanceInterface with customers, colleagues, management and project stakeholders as needed, to ensure overall project successAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and contract management software (e.g DocuSign)Proficiency in data analytics platforms, such as Tableau, desirableSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and manage prioritiesExceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlinesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished interpersonal presenceProactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracyUnderstands financial markets (e.g. M&A, Corporate, Loans, Asset Management, Private Equity, etc.) Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
