With team spirit and an open culture of communication, we continuously work toward our vision of "Leadership in Filtration."POSITION SUMMARYThe Global Procurement Analyst Intern will support the procurement team by contributing to data-driven projects, supplier analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role offering real-world experience in global sourcing and procurement strategy within a manufacturing environment. Interns will have the opportunity to present their work and recommendations to leadership at the conclusion of the internship.Main TasksAssist the procurement team with spend analysis and cost optimization initiativesSupport evaluation of supplier performance, pricing, and sourcing strategiesConduct research on global suppliers, materials, and market trendsAssist with preparation and analysis of RFQs (Request for Quotes)Engage cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and finance teamsContribute to procurement documentation, reporting, and data trackingSupport continuous improvement and process optimization effortsAssist with low complexity sourcing activities and supplier engagement initiativesOther duties as assignedQualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldPreferred GPA of 3.5 or higher; overall experience, initiative, and involvement will also be consideredCandidates must be prepared to upload an unofficial copy of their transcript during the application processProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learnDemonstrated initiative, curiosity, and enthusiasm for procurement or supply chain operationsStrong preference for candidates seeking a long-term learning opportunity through December 2026 or beyondWe offerHands-on experience in a global procurement and supply chain environmentMentorship and support from experienced professionalsExposure to a manufacturing and engineering-driven environmentOpportunity to work with cross-functional teams across a global organizationDevelopment of data analysis and strategic sourcing skillsPotential for future career opportunities within MANN+HUMMELJ-18808-Ljbffr
