Program Coordinator Developmental Disabilities Program
RMS, Inc. serves adults with autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities in residential and adult day programs in Cincinnati.
The Program Coordinator:
Leads the Interdisciplinary Team in the development and implementation of the Individual Plan.
Creates and implements programs for recreation and leisure, skill development, community outings, and community integration in coordination with support staff.
Brings new ideas and contributes to a fun and rewarding experience for the individuals served.
Promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human service field REQUIRED.
Minimum of 3 years experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
Strong leadership and implementation skills.
Driver's license and transportation to travel between sites (mileage reimbursement provided).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
