Warehouse – Forklift Operator (Manufacturing Environment)Location: Manufacturing FacilitySchedule: Full-Time | Production SupportJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable Warehouse Forklift Operator to support manufacturing operations by moving raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility. This role plays a critical part in keeping production lines supplied, shipments on schedule, and inventory accurate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPull and stage materials for production and outbound shipmentsMove raw materials and finished goods between production and warehouse locationsLoad and unload trucks using a forkliftReceive inbound materials and ensure accurate put-awayUse handheld scanners and inventory systems to track material movementIdentify and troubleshoot inventory discrepanciesMaintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and staging areasSupport production and warehouse teams during downtime as neededRequired QualificationsForklift experience required (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred)1+ year of warehouse or material handling experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience working with inventory control systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyClear verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand and work on a concrete floor for extended periodsManufacturing Environment & SafetyFast-paced production and warehouse settingPPE required at all times: steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, and other site-specific PPERegular interaction with production equipment and moving machineryWhy This Role MattersDirectly supports production uptime and on-time shippingCritical link between manufacturing, inventory, and logisticsOpportunity to build long-term skills in materials management and manufacturing operationsCompany Description Matching skills with careers!!
