Role Description As a Member of the Board of Directors, you will work on overseeing organizational governance, advising on strategic decisions, and guiding the company's mission and growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include participating in board meetings, reviewing financial statements, evaluating operational performance, and contributing to policy setting. You will also help identify new opportunities for growth, maintain accountability frameworks, and support the executive leadership team. This is a contract position based on-site in San Francisco, CA. Qualifications Strong leadership, governance, and strategic advisory skillsExperience in financial oversight, policy development, and complianceFamiliarity with the consulting industry and sectors such as federal, international, technology, or life sciencesExceptional communication, collaboration, and decision-making abilitiesPrevious experience serving on a board or leadership committee is advantageousCommitment to the company’s mission and the ability to contribute to its long-term goalsBachelor’s degree or higher in business, public administration, finance, or a related field strongly preferred
