Job DescriptionThe Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the administrative needs of the organization. Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting visitors and clients
Managing phone calls and emails
Coordinating appointments and scheduling
Handling general office duties and administrative tasks
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
