Business Development Specialist (Part-time)

Align Chiropractic is growing, and we are looking for a driven, relationship-focused individual to help expand our presence in the local community.This role is centered around building and maintaining relationships with personal injury attorneys and referral partners throughout the area.This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. It is an active, people-focused position that involves networking, meetings, and creative outreach to develop long-term partnerships. This is a part-time role.What You'll Be Doing:• Building and maintaining relationships with personal injury attorneys• Scheduling and attending meetings, lunches, and networking events• Identifying new opportunities to connect with referral partners• Representing Align Chiropractic in the local community• Developing creative strategies to strengthen referral relationships• Following up consistently to build long-term trust and engagement• Tracking outreach efforts and relationship progressWhat We're Looking For:• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations• Self-motivated and able to work independently• Organized and consistent with follow-up• Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills• Creative thinker who can find new ways to connect with peoplePreferred Experience:• Sales, business development, or relationship management• Experience working with attorneys, healthcare providers, or professional networks• Background in marketing, networking, or community outreachAbout Align Chiropractic:We are a neurologically-focused chiropractic office committed to helping people function at a higher level and live healthier lives.
