Front Desk Agent
Good Nite Inn is seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for all guests. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and ensure they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay
Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Handle guest requests, including room assignments and special requests
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the front desk area
Keep accurate records of guest stays, including billing and payment information
Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed
Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Perform any other duties as assigned by the hotel management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or a related field is preferred
Excellent guest relations and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset, including English and any other language relevant to the hotel's guest demographics
Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
Experience with hospitality software and systems is a plus
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
