We are looking for an attorney with a primary focus on Probate Estate and Trust litigation to work out of our Brentwood Los Angeles California office. You will play a critical role in representing our clients in complex probate and estate planning disputes. For perspective, this position will consist of a 95% litigation-focused caseload so if you are looking for a transaction or administrative position this is not it.You will work closely with our clients, colleagues, and partners to provide strategic legal advice and representation in disputes related to wills, trusts, estate planning, probate litigation, inheritance disputes, conservatorship, elder abuse, elder estate planning, retirement planning, and more.Responsibilities:Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, power of attorney, etc.) and advise clients on estate planning mattersPrepare and draft legal documents and pleadingsWork on discoveryConduct researchAttend and conduct Depositions and Mediations through TrialNegotiate settlements for legal disputesRepresent clients in courtPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of lawQualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.CA Bar Admission and in good standing with CA State Bar2 - 3 years minimum of probate, trust &ampampampampampampampampampampamp estate litigation experience Benefits:Health Insurance is 100% Company-sponsored401k | P.S.L. | Financial Advisor ServicesDental | VisionAdditional Info:Bonus + Attorney Fee Commissions$130,000 - $190,000 (D.O.E.)***Please note that we at Career Consulting Partners will be sure to keep your information private.
