We're a lean, high-performing team with a decade of niche expertise — and we're looking for an operator who can run our client organization so the founder can focus on growth.This isn't an account manager role with a fancy title. You'll own client retention, team performance, and delivery quality — and for the right person, this is a direct path to General Manager.WHAT YOU'LL OWN— Client retention across a portfolio of 20+ refractive surgery practices— Day-to-day leadership of our client-facing team (account managers, project manager)— Delivery quality — nothing goes to a client without your confidence behind it— Client onboarding, monthly reporting cadences, and escalation management— Building and enforcing the systems, SOPs, and accountability structures that make this agency run without founder dependence— Identifying at-risk accounts early and taking action before churn happensWHO YOU ARE— You've run operations or client services inside a digital marketing agency— You're a natural relationship builder who also knows how to hold the line— You've managed people — not just projects— You think in systems. When something breaks twice, you build a process— You're comfortable owning a number — retention rate, client health, revenue per account— You don't need hand-holding and you don't wait to be told what to doAgency background is strongly preferred. If you've run client services for an agency — even a small one — and you're ready to step into a leadership role, this is the job.EXPERIENCE— 5+ years in agency client services, account management, or operations— At least 2 years managing a team or function (not just projects)— Digital marketing fluency — paid media, SEO, creative, and client outcomes— Track record of improving retention or reducing churn— Healthcare or medtech experience is a plus, not a requirementTHE PATH FORWARDThis role is designed to grow.
