Make a difference as a Rework Operator As a Rework Operator at Krypton Solutions, your daily responsibilities will center around performing necessary rework tasks to meet quality standards. Your responsibilities will also include: Operating and maintaining rework machinery to ensure optimal performance. Removing and replacing components on printed circuit boards in accordance with rework instructions. Collaborating with Production and Quality Control teams to streamline workflows and improve processes. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. What we're looking for in a Rework Operator To thrive as a Rework Operator at Krypton Solutions, attention to detail is critical, as you will be inspecting products meticulously to identify defects and ensure rework is performed accurately. Ideally, candidates will have: 2+ years prior experience in a printed circuit board soldering and assembly environment. Ability to interpret assembly drawings, BOMs, and ECOs.
