Overview In this role you design, build and sustain Palantir Foundry ingestion pipelines to enable reliable data across Lear’s global operations. You work within the IT Central Foundry COE to deliver scalable data integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll tackle data extraction, transformation, and quality challenges, ensuring fresh, well-structured data feeds for manufacturing, supply chain, and admin functions. ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain Palantir Foundry ingestion pipelines and data connectionsDevelop and optimize SQL for extraction, transformation, and ingestionIntegrate data from Excel, CSV, and PDF sourcesIntegrate relational databases (DB2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Progress, Oracle, MariaDB)Build and support API-based integrations using REST and JSONSupport event-driven integrations with webhooks and trigger-based ingestionMonitor ingestion health, data freshness, and schema changesTroubleshoot ingestion failures and data quality issuesDocument integration logic, data flows, and proceduresCollaborate with engineering, finance, operations, and IT to onboard new data sources and support digital transformation initiatives Key requirementsBachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field1+ year of experience with Palantir Foundry2+ years in data engineering/ETL with strong SQLStrong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, performance tuning)Hands-on experience with Excel, PDFs, APIs, and relational databasesExperience with DB2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Progress, Oracle, and/or MariaDBExperience with REST APIs and structured JSONFamiliarity with webhooks and event-driven patternsExperience with Python and Spark SQLFamiliarity with Git workflows, Agile, and production supportStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsanalytical thinkingproblem-solvingclear communicationPalantir FoundrySQLExcel
