The Program Supervisor should possess a Bachelors degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field. Supervisory experience is a must; correctional/social services experience is a plus. Significant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered (5+ years). Must be able to pass federal drug screen requirements and pass a background check. Preferred qualifications include: Masters Degree LAC/LCPC/LCSW Licensure About the Team: The Program Supervisor of the Passages Assessment, Sanction, and Revocation unit oversees a team of case managers and the overall programming of the ASRC unit at Passages. The Program Supervisor is directly accountable to the Director of Passages, who has been with the Agency for over 15 years and has led as Director for the last 2 years. She is an experienced dually licensed LAC/LCPC with years in corrections, case management, and treatment. What will you do in this position? The Program Supervisor is responsible for the overall development, implementation, and monitoring of the assigned program. The PS is to ensure adherence to SOPs and provide firm, fair and consistent resident services in a team setting, which is supportive of a healthy lifestyle. The Program Supervisor will work directly with other teams including Mental Health, Security, Operations, and others to cohesively manage and care for the residents of the ASRC Unit. The Program Supervisor will be responsible for areas of: Leadership and Development of staff. Program Development. Quality Assurance. Supervisory Duties running team meetings and regular communication with team members. Ensure proper training of team members. Possible treatment if individual is LAC or LCPC Program Supervisor will oversee small caseload of 5-7 residents regularly and more if needed during times of short-staffing.
