This Opportunity is for experienced sales people preferably roofing salespeople. This is an opportunity for those with the right mindset - Go getter! To those that have sold- welcome to your new home!
Key Responsibilities:
The salesperson will prospect self-generated and company generated leads
Use your knowledge and understanding of your training to have the most successful outcomes with the customer
Understand so that it may be conveyed to the customer and prospects that out products and services are superior to the competition.
Collect and record data, including contact information, and communication preferences of individuals for future follow-up or analysis.
Conduct property inspections as per your in-house training.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with individuals encountered during sales appointments, even in the face of rejection.
Follow designed scripts or talking points provided by the company to ensure consistent messaging. Distribute promotional materials or literature as instructed by management. Meet daily and weekly targets for engagement, and scheduled sales appointments. Maintain accurate records of outreach attempts, and interactions, including the outcomes, and upload pictures into the appropriate systems.
Provide feedback on homeowner sentiment, common objections, and any issues encountered during the sales appointent.
Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines. If/when operating company vehicles, obey traffic laws and be courteous to all other drivers and pedestrians. Conduct oneself in a polite and professional manner all times while branding company clothing and or logos.
